Packers Waive G Stanley Daniels

The Green Bay Packers have released guard Stanley Daniels, Rob Demovsky of the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports.

Daniels (6-4, 328) spent most of the 2009 season on the Packers' practice squad, and was signed to a three-year, "Reserve/Futures" contract in January.

An undrafted free agent out of the University of Washington, Daniels originally signed with the St. Louis Rams in 2007 and went to training camp that year with the New York Jets. Waived at the end of training camp, Daniels re-joined the Jets in 2008, spending the entire season on their practice squad.

The Jets waived Daniels at the end of the 2009 training camp.
