Ravens Release S Ken Hamlin

The Baltimore Ravens have released veteran safety Ken Hamlin, the team announced on Wednesday.

Hamlin's release was done to free a spot on the 53-man roster for cornerback Cary Williams, whose two-game suspension for violating the league's personal conduct policy ended on Monday.

Signed to a one-year deal in June, Hamlin was active for both of the Ravens games this season.
