Packers QB Aaron Rodgers Suffered Concussion in OT

ESPN is reporting that Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers sustained a concussion during the team's 16-13 overtime loss to the Washington Redskins.

Rodgers took a shot from defensive end Jeremy Jarmon after throwing an interception to LaRon Landry on the Packers' final offensive play of the game. The Pro Bowl quarterback lobbied for a flag, but none was thrown.

Due to the concussion, Rodgers did not speak to the media after Sunday's game.

Rodgers completed 27-of-46 passes for 293 yards with a touchdown and that interception on Sunday. Rodgers has taken every snap from center this season for the 3-2 Packers, but his availability for next Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins likely won't be known until later this week.

In addition to Rodgers, the Packers may be without tight end Jermichael Finley and linebacker Clay Matthews, who injured their hamstrings on Sunday. Finley is the Packers' leader in receiving yards, while Matthews has an NFL-high 8.5 quarterback sacks on the young season.
