Packers DL Johnny Jolly's Trial Date Reset

Green Bay Packers defensive lineman Johnny Jolly's trail date in Harris County, Texas has been reset again, with the date pushed all the way back to July 30, Greg Bedard of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports.

Bedard notes that July 30 is the date that Packers players are due to report to 2010 training camp.

Jolly is facing second-degree felony drug possession charges, and prosecutors accuse the 6-3, 318-pound restricted free agent of not only possession 200 grams of codeine, but of being an active participant in the area's drug trade for a period of several years before he was arrested on July 8, 2008.

If convicted, Jolly faces over 10 years in prison.
