Mike Neal Contract Details

As he himself announced on Twitter on Monday night, Green Bay Packers second-round defensive lineman Mike Neal agreed to terms on a contract.

Per a league source, Neal received a $1.16 million dollar signing bonus, and will earn minimum base salaries throughout the next four seasons. Those salaries are $320,000 (2010), $405,000 (2011), $490,000 (2012), and $575,000 (2013).

Neal also has a $491,500 one-timer clause in his contract, which can be achieved through minimal playing time and a team qualifier. If the one-timer is received, Neal's four-year deal will be worth $3.441 million dollars, including $1.651 million in guarantees.
