Giants WR Sinorice Moss Signs RFA Tender

New York Giants restricted free agent wide receiver Sinorice Moss has signed his one-year tender, reports Gregg Rosenthal of ProFootballTalk.com.

A second-round pick (44th overall) out of the University of Miami in 2006, Moss was tendered at the "Original Round" level, which comes with a $1.176 million dollar base salary, and what would've been third-round draft choice compensation had another team signed Moss to an offer sheet that the Giants declined to match.

The 5-8, 185-pound receiver has caught 39 passes for 421 yards and three touchdowns during his four seasons with the Giants, appearing in 37 games, including two starts during the team's Super Bowl-winning season in 2007, when Moss set career-highs with 21 receptions for 225 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Last season, Moss caught just one pass for 18 yards, while averaging 18.2 yards on six kick returns, and 6.7 yards on 11 punt returns.
