G Ray Feinga Joining Dolphins' 53-Man Roster

Miami Dolphins practice squad guard Ray Feinga will be joining the team's 53-man roster, Mike Berardino of the Sun-Sentinel reports.

The Dolphins have an open spot after placing cornerback Al Harris on injured reserve on Monday night.

Feinga (6-4, 344) originally signed with the St. Louis Rams as an undrafted free agent out of BYU in 2009. Feinga went to training camp with the San Diego Chargers, but was waived last September and joined the Dolphins' practice squad in December, going through their 2010 training camp and re-joining their practice squad at the start of the season.

Activated in Week 4, Feinga dressed for the Dolphins' 41-14 loss at the hands of the New England Patriots on Monday Night Football before he was waived and subsequently suspended by the NFL for four games.

Miami re-signed Feinga to the practice squad after he served his suspension.

The Dolphins have also signed wide receiver Patrick Carter to the practice squad, which may result in the elevation of Julius Pruitt to the 53-man roster later in the week.
