Bills Add Hubbard, Balogun to Active Roster

With wide receiver Roscoe Parrish and linebacker Andra Davis placed on injured reserve this week, the Buffalo Bills have added wide receiver Paul Hubbard and linebacker Mike Balogun to the 53-man roster, a league source said.

Hubbard (6-3, 225) was a sixth-round pick (191st overall) out of Wisconsin by the Cleveland Browns in 2008, spending most of his rookie season on their practice squad. Hubbard spent all of 2009 on the Oakland Raiders' practice squad and, after being waived by Oakland in August, joined the Bills' practice squad in Week 1.

Balogun was signed off the Tampa Bay Buccaneers practice squad. By rule, he's guaranteed three game checks.

The 6-0, 240-pound undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma had 13 tackles, including 3 on special teams, and an interception for the San Francisco 49ers during the pre-season. Balogun spent the first five weeks of the season on the Washington Redskins' practice squad before joining the Buccaneers in Week 6.
