Titans Agree to Terms With DT Amon Gordon

The Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms with free agent defensive tackle Amon Gordon, reports Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean.

2010 first-round pick Derrick Morgan has been placed on injured reserve with a torn ACL.

Gordon was a fifth-round pick (161st overall) out of Stanford by the Cleveland Browns in 2004. Gordon has 29 tackles in 13 career games with the Browns (2004-05), Denver Broncos (2006-07), Baltimore Ravens (2007), and a previous stint with the Titans in 2008.

Signed by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2009, an Achilles' injury during the OTAs caused Gordon to miss the regular season. The New England Patriots signed Gordon in April, but released him after the end of their off-season workouts.

Gordon spent part of training camp with the Seattle Seahawks, totaling four tackles and a quarterback sack before being released on September 4.
