Steelers NT Casey Hampton In No Hurry to Practice

Pittsburgh Steelers 32-year old nose tackle Casey Hampton has a hamstring injury that has keep him from fully practicing since Sunday. John Harris of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review says Hampton is in no hurry to do so.

"It's well-documented I really don't enjoy training camp," Hampton said. "I'm in good shape. I'm going to be ready to go when it's time to go. I'm not trying to make the team right now. It's all about getting healthy and trying to stay healthy."

Hampton signed a three-year, $21 million contract that included $11 million guaranteed in February.
