Seattle Seahawks linebacker Leroy Hill's trial on a misdemeanor assault/domestic violence charge will get underway next Thursday at 9am in Issaquah Municipal Court, Danny O'Neil of the Seattle Times reports.

Hill was arrested in April after an altercation with his live-in girlfriend, and has plead not guilty to the charges.

Seahawks veterans are scheduled to report to training camp on July 30.

Hill has already been suspended for the first game of the 2010 regular season, and fined an additional game check, after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor drug possession charge in Douglas County, Georgia. The prosecutor in that case in Georgia could seek to revoke Hill's probation, and the sixth-year linebacker from Clemson may also face additional league discipline relating to his current court case, regardless of whether he's convicted or not.
