Saints RB Reggie Bush Unlikely to Play

New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush is unlikely to play today against the Seattle Seahawks, FOXSports.com John Czarnecki reports:

"The Saints are saying it will be a game-time decision, but it’s looking like RB Reggie Bush will miss an eighth straight game and also an opportunity to play against his former USC coach Pete Carroll."

Bush hasn't played since fracturing his fibula in a Week 2 win over the San Francisco 49ers. The injury was supposed to be of the 4-to-6 week variety, with that timetable adjusted to "after the bye week" when Bush wasn't 100% before the team's Week 8 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Bush was listed as "questionable" on Friday. Even if the dynamic play-maker is able to play, he is likely to limited to a support role on offense only, with Lance Moore continuing to return punts.

With Pierre Thomas already ruled out with an ankle injury, rookie Chris Ivory and veterans Ladell Betts and Julius Jones will carry the rushing load against the Seahawks if Bush does not dress.
