Reid Names Kolb the Starter For Sunday

Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid has named quarterback Kevin Kolb the starter for this Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons.

Michael Vick (ribs) returned to practice on Friday, and Reid hasn't ruled out Vick dressing for the game against his former team.

Kolb started last Sunday night's 27-24 win over the San Francisco 49ers, completing 21-of-31 pass attempts for 253 yards with a touchdown.

"I'm excited about getting back out there again and hopefully getting another victory", Kolb said on Friday.

For the season, Kolb is 48-of-76 for 478 yards with 2 touchdowns and an interception for a passer rating of 84.2.

Here's the rest of the Eagles' Week 6 injury report:

Out: DT Brodrick Bunkley (elbow), T Jason Peters (knee)
Questionable: WR Riley Cooper (concussion), QB Michael Vick (rib)
Probable: TE Brent Celek (wrist), G/C Nick Cole (knee), G Todd Herremans (knee), T Austin Howard (back), RB LeSean McCoy (rib), CB Dimitri Patterson (back)
