Jeremy Green, the former NFL personnel executive and ESPN football analyst, is currently on suicide watch at Garner Correctional Facility in Connecticut, Hilda Munoz of the Hartford Courant reports.
Green is being held on $750,000 bail after being arrested on July 8 at a Southington, CT hotel on first-degree possession of child pornography charges, as well as possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia.
According to the Courant, the arrest affidavit released by police on Friday states that Green shared explicit photos and videos of a toddler online with a woman named "lendingmom12" and that he couldn't wait for her to bring her three children to Connecticut. The person Green was communicating with was an undercover detective working with the Taney County (MO) Sheriff's Department, who contacted police in Bristol, Connecticut on July 2.
When Green was arrested, Bristol detectives discovered over 100 pornographic images, including some of girls between the ages of 2 and 10. To be charged with first-degree child pornography in the state of Connecticut, an individual must be in possession of over 50 images.
Green's next court appearance is scheduled for August 31.
