NFL News and Notes - May 17, 2010

23 NFL teams are holding OTA sessions, including a dozen that get underway today. Two additional teams (Atlanta, Chicago) have mini-camps scheduled for this week, so keep it here for updates from those camps, as well as signings of the 2010 NFL Draft Class. Two have already signed, and the Bears are expected to lock up another player or two before the week is done.
