Liz Mullen of the Sports Business Journal reports that the NCAA is investigating a party held at the South Florida home of San Francisco 49ers running back Frank Gore.

Mullen reports this is part of a student athlete/agent probe.

Gore is represented by Drew Rosenhaus, who is based in Miami Beach, Florida.
