Georgia Solicitor-General May Revoke Leroy Hill's Probation

Seattle Seahawks linebacker Leroy Hill was sentenced to 12 months probation in the State of Georgia after pleading guilty last month to a marijuana charge. Hill was arrested less than two weeks later on a domestic violence charge, to which he's plead not guilty.

If prosecutors in Issaquah, Washington pursue domestic violence charges against Hill, who has a court appearance on Wednesday morning, Douglas County, Georgia solicitor-general Brian Fortner may decide whether or not to revoke Hill's probation, and a court order could be issued for his arrest, Gregg Bell of The Associated Press reports.

"If I had to say right now, we'd lean toward taking steps to revoke his probation," Fortner told the AP.

"You'd think somebody who had just received a reasonable probation term would be guarded in his actions," Fortner said. "These are people who are in good position to make something constructive out of the situation. But you can't do it for them. Very disappointing."
