Adam Caplan of FOXSports.com reports the Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to terms with veteran wide receiver Kelley Washington on a one-year deal.
A third-round pick in the 2003 NFL Draft out of Tennessee by the Cincinnati Bengals, Washington has caught 107 passes for 1,327 yards and 11 touchdowns during his NFL career. Washington established career-highs with 34 receptions for 431 yards with the Baltimore Ravens in 2009.
Washington also spent two seasons (2007-08) with the New England Patriots, where he was a dynamic player on special teams, totaling 25 tackles, recovered a fumble and blocked a punt.
Washington and undrafted rookie wide receiver Jared Perry worked out for the Eagles on Thursday. Perry was signed to a contract later that day.
