Eagles to Sign RB Joique Bell

The Philadelphia Eagles will sign running back Joique Bell, reports Les Bowen of the Philadelphia Daily News.

Who will be released or placed on injured reserve to accommodate the signing is unknown at this time.

Bell, a 5-11, 223-pound undrafted free agent from Wayne State, rushed for 152 yards on 27 carries with a pair of touchdowns for the Buffalo Bills during the pre-season.

Waived at the end of training camp, Bell was signed to the Bills' practice squad, where he's been earning $8,000 per week, $2,800 over the minimum practice squad wage of $5,200 per week.

By being signed off the Bills' practice squad, Bell is assured of at least three game-checks from the Eagles, worth $18,824 apiece, or $56,471 total.
