Cleveland Browns veteran kicker Phil Dawson and restricted free agent fullback Lawrence Vickers have arrived for the team's mini-camp, Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain-Dealer reports.

Initial reports had both Dawson and Vickers missing the start of the mandatory mini-camp, but Vickers reportedly ran onto the field with a half-hour remaining in the two-hour session.
