Colts C Jeff Saturday Named to 5th Pro Bowl

Indianapolis Colts center Jeff Saturday will be going to his fifth Pro Bowl, Colts owner Jim Irsay's Twitter feed announced on Monday.

A former undrafted free agent from the University of North Carolina, Saturday (6-2, 295) has started 172 of his 181 games with the Colts over the last 12 seasons.

Saturday has gone to five of the last six Pro Bowls.

Nick Mangold (New York Jets) and Maurkice Pouncey (Pittsburgh Steelers) were originally named as the centers on the AFC Pro Bowl roster. Pouncey will be playing in Super Bowl XLV, so he's definitely out. Mangold was injured during the second half of last night's loss to the Steelers and may have opted out due to that injury.

Earlier on Monday, NFL player agent Steve Caric announced that Cleveland Browns center Alex Mack was headed to his first Pro Bowl.
