Arizona Cardinals fullback Nehemiah Broughton has been placed on season-ending injured reserve, reports Kent Somers of The Arizona Republic.

Broughton suffered a torn ACL in last Saturday's pre-season game against the Chicago Bears.

To reach the 75-man roster limit, the Cardinals have "Waived/Injured" wide receiver Darren Mougey and placed fourth-round linebacker O'Brien Schofield on the "Reserve/Non-Football Injury" list.

Schofield tore an ACL during practices leading up to the Senior Bowl in January, and the Cardinals view the former University of Wisconsin standout as a long-term pass-rushing specialist.
