Buccaneers "Waive/Injured" DE Brandon Gilbeaux

Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie defensive end Brandon Gilbeaux has been "waived/injured", a league source said.

Gilbeaux, an undrafted free agent from Delaware who also played at Syracuse, had a pair of tackles this pre-season, but injured his knee during Saturday's night game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Reports out of Tampa were that Gilbeaux was having a strong training camp, and if he clears waivers, he will likely revert back to the Buccaneers and be placed on injured reserve.

The Buccaneers now have two open spots on the 80-man roster.
