The Cleveland Browns have signed center/guard Jeff Hansen to their practice squad, Will Holden of the Bozeman Daily Chronicle reports.

An undrafted free agent from Montana State, Hansen (6-3, 290) went through the OTAs and training camp with the San Diego Chargers, and spent part of the first week of the regular season on their practice squad.

Hansen worked out for the Browns this week.

"It could be for a week, it could be for the rest of the season," Hansen said of his opportunity with the Browns. "I pried into it and they just said, ‘You never know.'"
