Broncos Claim G Stanley Daniels Off Waivers

Offensive guard Stanley Daniels, waived by the Green Bay Packers on Wednesday, has been awarded to the Denver Broncos.

An undrafted free agent out of the University of Washington, Daniels entered the NFL with the St. Louis Rams, who signed him as an undrafted free agent in 2007. Released prior to the '07 training camp, Daniels was signed by the New York Jets.

Waived by the Jets at the end of training camp, Daniels (6-4, 328) was out of football in 2007, but was signed to a "Reserve/Futures" contract for 2008, which he spent on the Jets' practice squad. The Jets waived Daniels at the end of the 2009 training camp.

Daniels spent much of 2009 on the Packers' practice squad.
