Bills Sign G Mansfield Wrotto to Active Roster

The Buffalo Bills have signed guard Mansfield Wrotto to the active roster, reports Jay Skurski of the Buffalo News.

Wrotto, who played for Bills head coach Chan Gailey at Georgia Tech, joined the team's practice squad last week. Offensive tackle Jamon Meredith has been waived.

Drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the fourth round of the 2007 NFL Draft, Wrotto (6-3, 313) appeared in 14 games for the Seahawks between the 2008 and 2009 seasons, starting five games at guard. The Seahawks moved Wrotto to offensive tackle during the off-season, and Wrotto started at left tackle in Seattle's final two pre-season games this summer. The Seahawks waived Wrotto on September 4, but re-signed him on September 14.

Wrotto was active for two games for the Seahawks before his release on September 28
