The Cincinnati Bengals have agreed to terms with seventh-round guard/center Reggie Stephens.

The Cincinnati Bengals have agreed to terms with seventh-round guard/center Reggie Stephens.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Stephens (6-3, 314) started 40 of his 44 career games at Iowa State University, splitting time at left and right guard before settling in at center in 2009. Stephens was an honorable mention All-Big 12 selection after the 2008 and 2009 seasons.

Position and scheme versatility—Stephens played in three different offenses with the Cyclones—could help Stephens stick in the NFL, and the Dallas, Texas native will be looked at initially as a guard.

Stephens is the fourth of the Bengals' nine picks in the 2010 NFL Draft to sign or agree to terms.
