All Five Browns Sign RFA Tenders

All five of the Cleveland Browns restricted free agents have signed their one-year tenders, Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain-Dealer reports.

Each player had received letters recently indicating that if the one-year tenders were not signed by 11:59pm ET on June 14, the club would reduce the amount of the tender to 110% of the players' 2009 base salary.

Elam ($494,000), Harrison ($1.1705M), Jackson ($1.055M), Roth ($1.039M), and Vickers ($1.1705M) all stood to lose substantial amounts of base salary had the tenders been reduced.

The Browns, who will need to release players to accommodate the signed tenders, have not made an official announcement.
