Probably a good move.
However I like the Shannon and Kubuick. Bella a chic hires . Think of all the good coaches that don’t get an opportunity because of there dad in coaching. Get move up the ladder fast from water boy to coach …. Say a few big words. Call some plays with A I doing most the work in the background before the game,
I bet some 14 year old will be a head coach in the nfl in 15 years before others get an opportunity. Maybe tom Brady son will be radier coach in 12 years.

Kubiak's dad brought the SB home for Denver. It looks like he learned well from his father and had the Seattle offense clicking. Now Hackett is another story.

Obviously a bad move bringing back the QB coach from Aaron Rodgers' last two MVP seasons.
