How do the three stooges change their identity? Larry, played by MLF, “ I’ll hired another assistant coach and move around the offensive line”. Curly, played by Gute, “I’ll go get us a 6 year developmental player at 52.” Moe, played by Policy. “ you guys are geniuses, I’ll add 10 years to your contract and go on TV and say we need financial help to compete. We’ll also implement the e-card appreciation system, so we can tell each other how awesome we are doing .” Knuck, knuck, knuck.

E-card to Curly from Larry. I really appreciate the work you did making that awesome pick at 52. In just over three years, I will figure out how to use him, just in time for you to give him a new contract.

There was a clear chance to change culture this off season and Policy not only passed on it but seems to be publicly baffled that any should see such needs.

In light of that, hope that the leadership will have the very considerable motivation required as well as the rather rare ability to deliver material cultural change is really hard to give much credence to.

If you want cultural change it takes fundamental change in vision, expressed values and approach from the top down in any organization. We return virtually everyone at the top who was not hired away in an unchanged structure and a President who appears to believe no fundamental adjustment is called for.

Murphy recognized he could easily control Policy. Policy has obediently followed instructions.
Instructions are as follows: (BTW-Murphy has gone nowhere-he is alive and well in Titletown)

-Retain easily-controlled GM/HC, reward them with lengthy contracts/$$$
-Do not bring in a talented, confident, team-oriented GM/HC-they will ask questions, challenge Murphy, and upset status quo.
-Control the GB Media by subtly threatening access, keep national media out
-Install Packer's PR throughout favorite Packer's fan-sites to steer narrative and aggress against fans who question
the party line
