He thinks Allison has outperformed Kumerow?

Perhaps he's talking about the entire body of work through Training Camp thus far. G-mo's 47 snaps and Kumerow's 58 snaps so far in the preseason games is only a small slice of the work they've put in.

Perhaps, but Kumerow has demonstrated he can do everything Allison can do, while Allison has shown zero ability to do what Kumerow does.
So naturally, our stupid team will start Allison and cut Kumerow. If there's something blindly idiotic we can do, we'll do it.

There isn't anything Kumerow has done this preseason against 2nd and 3rd tier defenses, that Geronimo Allison hasn't done in an NFL regular season vs. NFL starters when the games matter- and that's a fact.
I know you're a giant fan of Kumerow, and I think he's shown enough to garner strong consideration for a roster spot at this point. 3rd preseason game, if he gets reps with the 1's, vs. the defense's 1's, and makes plays, he may seal up a spot.
With that said, I think your dislike of Allison blinds you a bit from the fact he HAS produced at the NFL level in NFL games when he had the opportunity. Kumerow has bounced around the league since May 2015, undrafted, failing to make a 53 man roster. Allison entered the league a undrafted in 2016, but has been active roster since Oct. 2016.

It's hard to root for Hundley after last year with the promise shown by Kizer and Boyle.

About the odds: Odds are not a prediction of where a player will go. The casino is simply trying to get people to make losing bets, so it's a lot about psychology. Of course, the odds will be relatively close to what the house thinks will happen, but you can't totally look at it like a prediction when psychology plays such a role.
About depth: Sure, it would be nice to have Matthews be our #3 Edge Rusher, but I question whether we can really afford that, especially long-term. I guess it depends what Mack would be willing to take and how much lower Matthews would be willing to go (not to mention Rodgers). I mean, it would be nice to have Rodgers as QB#1 and Brady as QB#2, but obviously that isn't going to happen. As is, we'll definitely be hurting if Matthews or Perry go down for the season, but Gilbert can fill in for a few games. I think that's how you have to look at it. Say Matthews goes down for 2 weeks. I'd feel fine with Gilbert in there starting for those 2 weeks.
About Randall trade, I think we need to stop looking at Randall as a starting CB. The Packers were likely to cut him, especially given the trouble he was in, but also how bad he was on the field. Randall was addition by subtraction. I'm glad we got anything for him.

Kizer #2. Boyle to practice squad. Hundley traded for late, late round pick or cut. JMHO.

Hundley is 25-years of age, Boyle is 23-years of age, and Kizer is 22-years of age.
Age must always be a consideration when analyzing and comparing. I'd definitely suggest Kizer before Hundley on the 53, and attempt to put Boyle on Practice Squad.
