Stackhouse is a really good player of the run now. The biggest risk that we don’t have a run plugger if Clark is hurt is not having a guy like him on the roster and losing him to another team. Stackhouse is a better run player than Brinson and has consistently been the anchor next to Brinson who played a role more similar to Clark’s.

Andy, I agree that it will be very exciting and tons of fun seeing our O line develop, get chosen, etc. Where I disagree with you is it wouldn't be a problem at all if two new Packers tie Walker at LT and Rhyan at RT, so that 4 players for 2 positions remains clear as mud with no clear winner. This would mean that GB is at least as good going forward in 26 without having to pay big money for either Walker or Rhyan; that would be a nice problem to have! With the realistic upside that Jordan Morgan continues to improve throughout his third year.

I don't need to pick which of our very talented additions will stand out. I just again hope that true competition is created, talent is evaluated skillfully and honestly, everyone is developed as best as possible, and GB dominates in the trenches! On both sides of the ball :)

Give this offense an O line that dominates at all 5 positions, and I think it will be unstoppable. I'd love to see sets with 1 WR, giving us 2 TEs and 2 RBs. That could still include 5 routes being run, btw. What about a jumbo package with 6 OL? Then replace all 5 skill positions from off the bench and STILL have very capable and talented weapons! Give opposing defenses absolute NIGHTMARES trying to figure out what MLF might throw at them on any given Sunday. I think JL10 will excel if fewer WRs are given more reps. I think it will help our WRs excel if they're given more touches and a chance to actually get involved in the game. That would of course require fewer WRs actually being used. I'd like to see the strategy of involving all your playmakers early in the game to see who has the hot hand that day, and then actually going to them instead of everyone equally as if they all play equally well in every game even when they don't. Again, that'd be a good problem to have, constantly trying to determine which 2 WRs are standing out as your best on that given day, with 3 more always about that good too.

Plus actual depth on the O line, with multiple players actually ready to GO if any player should (God forbid) go down with injury, for one play or for the rest of the season. This is a requirement to have a good team that can actually contend, IMHO.
