Eric Stokes is signing with the Raiders, not the Falcons.

An interesting note here;
profootballrumors.com/2025/03/rams-to-release-wr-cooper-kupp
Not so much in that the Rams are letting Kupp go, but that they're pointing a finger to the Packers as a primary suitor for him when he is released. I'm not sure what they base that on aside from the Packers being projected as a WR-needy team--there's no info on that in the report aside from "sources".
Not a huge fan of Kupp at this stage--he's always been a good route-runner and has been able to make separation, AND he might be a really good mentor for a young WR room, but he's been slowed by soft-tissue and contact injuries. He's not the guy he was 3 years ago. Maybe the Packers have been holding off on the WR market expecting Kupp to come available, but the price really needs to be right.

Andy, maybe you are the guy to write this. I'd love to hear a comparison of the Packers FO and the most successful teams, Detroit, Philly, LA Rams. SF vs. GB and how they compare in player acquisition. Are there alternate strategies to picking up Free Agents that Gute et al fail to utilize? Are there differences in team piggy banks? Is it talent evaluation? Is it small town GB as a destination? How do those other teams do better at this than we seem to?
