A couple of writers here and there talking about whether or not it makes sense signing David Bakhtiari.
Is Bakhtiari's knee better or not? Has he even tested it?

The only thing I can find out there is pure writer speculation. This is by a writer whose immediate prior post was a fanciful notion of a 3-way trade where one of Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, and Dontayvion Wicks for Aguik to the Steelers and a second rounder for us (Reed would apparently be off limits).
He or she apparently is unaware of Dubose probably making the roster and believes Melton and Heath could pick up the slack and Green Bay really win by having Aguilar out of the conference. The author also doesn’t seem to understand that Bakh’s dead cap won’t ameliorate any cost of signing him.
Read that author for humor, but not for football insights perhaps? I won’t be again.
When he last spoke, Bakh was hoping to be in a position to pass a physical sometime between now and early in the season. He doesn’t sound like he plans to play as a back up or cheap either.
