After watching Hock and Noah Fant at the NFL Combine workouts I would definitely take Fant first. Quite a bit faster at 4.5 to 4.7 in the 40 yards. Benches 20 reps at 225 lbs vs Hoch's 17. Standing jump is about 2 inches higher and has a better broad jump. Fant was the most impressive TE there.
