Nagler's Never Right: 2015 Season Week Eight
Aaron's NFL picks for Week 8 of the 2015 NFL season.
By PackerAaron
Last Week: 9-5
Season: 70-35
Miami at New England
I wouldn't say the Dolphins come crashing back to Earth tonight, but I would say they get a dose of reality. 30-20 #Patriots.

Detroit at Kansas City
A change at offensive coordinator and a trip across the pond will do wonders for the Lions. Detroit gets the win.
San Diego at Baltimore
The Ravens are in every game and have lost a bunch of heartbreakers. They finally win one this week.
Arizona at Cleveland
The Cardinals roll here, though I do think Manziel, if he gets the start, will be able to make some plays against an extremely aggressive Arizona defense. But the Cardinals get the win.
Minnesota at Chicago
Minnesota hasn’t won in Chicago since Adrian Peterson’s rookie year. I don’t see that changing yet. Bears get the win.
Cincinnati at Pittsburgh
Big Ben is back just in time for a shoot out with the Bengals. Give me the Steelers in a high scoring affair.
Tennessee at Houston
What a mess in Houston. But they get the win over the Titans.
New York Giants at New Orleans
If New Orleans gets the defensive effort they got last week, they win this one. Here’s thinking they do.
San Francisco at St. Louis
Carlos Hyde is out and Todd Gurley is in. Rams beat up the 49ers in this one.
Tampa Bay at Atlanta
The Falcons struggled to score points on the road last week. Not a problem this week at home against a sorry Bucs defense.
New York Jets at Oakland
Mark it down: This is going to be a great game. I really want to pick the Jets, but I’ve been hurt before. Give me Oakland in a thriller.
Seattle at Dallas
Does Dez, if he plays, make a difference? Not enough of one. Seattle gets a big road win.
Green Bay at Denver
Aaron Rodgers and his mobility is the difference in this one. Packers win a tough, close game.
Indianapolis at Carolina
The Panthers defense will make life miserable for the Colts and Andrew Luck. Carolina stays perfect.

The next part of the schedule (with 2 or 3 exceptions) will be the litmus test for these 2015 Packers. At the risk of sounding like "Debbie Downer", they could easily go 3-7. That is one tough stretch in their schedule

I think a 3-7 finish only happens if the injury bug gets much worse than it has been. I think they go at least 6-4 down the stretch with potential losses at Den, at Car, at Min, and at Az. I think they'll take care of business at home.

Agree. 12-4 was my prediction from the outset and I'm still sticking to it.

In the worst scenario 13-3, best but realistic 14-2.
