Kent Somers of The Arizona Republic reports the contract that free agent kicker Jay Feely signed with the Arizona Cardinals is a two-year deal worth $3.5 million dollars.

In 2010, Feely will receive a $500,000 roster bonus on top of a $1 million dollar base salary. In year two of the deal, Feely has a $250,000 workout bonus and a base salary of $1.75 million dollar base salary.

Feely, 33, earned a fully guaranteed $1.475 million dollar base salary, as well as a $25,000 workout bonus last season from the New York Jets, so his total compensation will remain the same between 2009 and 2010.
