I don't expect any big WR deals. GB is too tight under the cap.
What I suspect is a low-cost veteran with experience in the system (e.g. Jake Kumerow), and a high draft-pick.

No Nags, the only way to win is to draft 11 receivers in the 1st round. Packers twitter told me so.

Dude....you've got me smiling like the butcher's dog with this.
My phrase is "the answer is always another superduper WR". We go 39-10 and lead the league in offense and we go out and pass for 350 yards and 3 TDs in a playoff loss, and the response is "We need a legitimate #2 WR". No kidding, it happened, here, about a year ago, it's happening again, and it'll happen next year , you can write it down.
I have more of a Moneyball attitude on it. We're not replacing Adams, we're replacing his production. We're replacing his snaps, his targets, his catches, his TDs. And sure, we need some guy(s) to help do that, but I don't see why anybody thinks that some WR taken at #22 or #28 is going to be substantially better than a guy we could get at #53 or #59.
If you have a good QB, and that good QB has time, then the passing game is going to work. It'd be better to be the #59 guy drafted by the Packers than a more highly touted WR drafted by a team with a bad QB situation.
Adams played a lot of snaps, about 1000, we'll need somebody to line up there. I'd split it among two guys and hope to get at least 500 snaps out of each of them during the season, considering injuries, etc.
Adams caught a lot of balls...123.....that'd be about 60 each.
Adams had 9 TDs....that'd be 4 or 5 each.
We're looking for two WRs in this draft that we think can give us 35-40 snaps (at least), catch 3 or 4 passes, and get 4 or 5 TDs during the season. This is totally doable
