As Vic, the old sage use to say, the train eventually has to arrive at the station. Nags has it right, in that the light at the end of the tunnel is the train. To ignore the implication is folly. To care about "feelings" of an individual over the wellbeing of the team as a whole only results in clutter, chaos and failure. And, yeah, I lived through the eighties with the Packers.
