IMO - MLF has lost this team, primarily tracing back to Joe Barry. It started with the loss of Coach Gray - highly respected by the players, and mainly responsible for the secondary development. Barry has also misused Savage, and basically killed his career in Green Bay. Alienated several players - likely helping facilitate Rasul's exit. And more recently - issues with Campbell and Jaire. And finally - MLF continued support for Barry - with no real consequences, while still calling out the players. The respect for MLF is seriously damaged - and I don't think it can be fixed.

Perhaps the reason Barry is still here, is because MLF knows that his whole staff will be gone at year end.

An analyst on Heavy on Packers said it best. To paraphrase. The only objective truth to the suspension was that the Packers going into weak 17 felt it was imperative to hurt the team in order to move on. My view is this is a problem that should have been resolved in private behind closed doors.

As for getting Zimmer as our DC, I say NO!, to that. Besides the frosty handshake he gave MLF, when it came time to talk about the Packers, he couldn't even get the words "Green Bay Packers" out of his mouth. If Addison plays, I say sweep the leg. No mercy.
