With the first round now over, attention turns to the positions the Packers will address on Day 2 of the NFL Draft.

On Friday morning I joined host Bart Winkler on on Fond du Lac's K107, 107.1 FM on the radio dial. We discussed new Packers first round draft choice Datone Jones and Wisconsin product Travis Frederick headed to the Dallas Cowboys. After that, talk turned to a preview of Day 2 of the Draft and needs the Packers still have to address.

Swearinger seems to have a little nastiness in him that the defense sure could use. But only 5'10".

I think TT likes J. McMillian and S. Richardson. We'll see how much come rounds 2 and 3. What about depth at OLB? There's Clay (safe),Nick,Dezman and Brad.

I definitely think they need OLB depth, but probably day 3 or UDFA.

I would hope they find an OLB that's more balanced because Nick isn't an every down OLB yet -- right? I still see him attempting the cover zones against the 49ers.

I think (hope) I just watched video on JJ Wilcox. Dude is a football player! He's a sure tackler and can also knock the ball loose from WRs with crushing hits. He shows the ability to run with WR's and locate the ball in air. He played special teams and RB? Did I watch the correct video!? Wow!

I think he also started out as a WR.

I think TT goes with a big, bad DL again. Love Jesse Williams. Jenkins from GA would be a good add too. Don't think TT gives up on McMillian yet. He's a hitter. DL, WR, or if there's great value at OLB or RB (which there won't be)
