Hey AARON, So Zack Tom ... and i have stated this before to the ire of posters on cheese head, he is a one position player right tackle.. They cannot move him inside ( skinny legs ) and they have never tried him at left tackle so what does that tell you? Tom and R Walker have been adequate maybe even good but GB drafted A Belton and J Morgan in the 2nd and 1st round for a one reason to play tackle.. They are powerful and physical and both have the quick feet like Z Tom and are most likely starters in 2026. My guess is Morgan replaces Tom next year if he leaves for a bigger contract.
There always a lot of talk about S Rhyan being replaced, but I wouldn't count on it, maybe it took him a couple years to learn the playbook but he is big widebody with powerful lowers that can move defensive lineman A Banks is the same and teams like the Ravens and Eagles covet lineman like that. I believe GB is moving in the same direction as some of the top teams in the league are now big, physical off lineman that can bully and punish all the speedy pass rushers NFL defenses like to employ and open up running lanes for there star running backs and running QBs... Maybe the dynamics in the NFL is shifting back to a run game first to open up the passing game like it did for Philly and to some extent in GB. Either way this is why IMHO Z Toms deserves alot of respect for a job well done but his correct value might only be a one year extension.

Well, that is a well articulated opinion. Whether right or not, you convinced me.

As good an online predictor as his namesake was an RB.
Yeah, let your BEST OL walk to be replaced by a 2024 disappointment and an overdrafted rookie.
I think I'll trust MLF, Steno, and Butkus to put the best 5 on the field.

I think Tom is a slightly above average player, and many need to stop looking at him with the Green and Gold glasses, or those Walter Goggins goggles on their noggins.
