Yes he does Draft and develop goes so far . The draft is over 2 years ago , he’s developed and it’s time to turn him loose.
Starting with Goff on Sunday at 3:25 Maybe around 3:30 after his first sack.

Agree go with the Hopper who might turn into something good rather than the Simmons who has already been cast aside by 2 other teams or the McDuffie who is, was, and always will be limited.
Would be something if Hopper could join Quay and Coop as fast, impactful LBs.
