Josh Whyle was one of my 3 favorite TEs for GB in the 2023 draft along with Kraft and Sam LaPorta. Whyle is at least as talented as Musgrave, who has been a disappointment. Whyle is a decent pass catcher and a fair blocker. He would be a great TE3.
In retrospect, the Steelers TE, Darnell Washington would have been the perfect answer to what we are missing in Musgrave. Washington was mocked to GB a lot that year, but dropped in that draft due to injury concerns that turned out to be bull$hit. He hasn't missed a game for them.
Rumor has it that TE Luke Schoonmaker's days are numbered in Dallas. He is a very good blocking TE with some pass catch skills. They drafted 1 and signed a UDFA TE as well. Maybe they will waive him.

Hell, the way Jerrah operates, and seems to love getting fleeced by Gutey, wait a little bit and you might be able to work a cheap trade for him.
