Given the injury issues and problems with returning players being healthy, the trading room staff and facilities score is interesting. The staff are presumably on LaFleur, but the facilities, like the nutrition, travel and child care are part of Russ Ball’s fiefdom.

Not a good report for Ball. Probably a worse one for Stenavich though. If he can’t communicate effectively with/garner respect from the offense, then what on earth does he do adequately? He’s not creating playbooks, game strategy or calling plays. That leaves essentially what he is scored on here. Why is he still with us?

MLF and Stenavich are bringing the team down-'travel', 'childcare' are nice perks but MLF and Stenavich are a foundational issue and the players see it as well as the fans.
