Good lord, give Philly some credit. They made Oren Burks look like a real NFL linebacker for couple games. Certainly something to be said for that.

I think one thing that should be said often is that the Packers had Andy Reid in their building to follow Holmgren as head coach and Ron Wolf didn't even consider him.

Wolf, the architect of the Packers' resurrection, wasn't so good when it came to keeping them there after 1997.
According to reports from the time he didn't bother to get to know the assistants on the staff and claimed that his study of history showed that promotions of assistants to follow successful head coaches didn't work out.
