The 2 best moves we could make right now is to buy Campbell and Clowney. That would fill 2 big holes before the draft with 2 great bridge players, and we could ignore those 2 positions early unless someone great fell into our laps. $10-12 million for the pair total is nothing for how their skills and leadership would change our team.

I agree. Sign them both... unless he's got a bead on a trade with AZ for Josh Sweat. A Sweat trade seems unlikely to me because we don't have the draft capital other teams do to make that happen, but, who knows?
I've been wanting Gutekusnt to sign both Clowney and Campbell since last year.
