Packers Announce Dates and Times of Joint Practices With Houston Texans
Make your plans now to see the Packers and Texans in joint practices.
By TimBackes
Earlier this year the Packers announced they'd be holding joint practices during training camp for the first time since 2005, before the Mike McCarthy era. It was announced that the Houston Texans (featuring all star DE and WIsconsin boy JJ Watt) would be the team that would share the practice sessions with the Packers in advance of their preseason game on August 8th.
The team announced the dates and times of its joint practices with the Texans today:
Per the #Packers, their joint practices with the Texans will take place at 10:15 AM both Aug. 5 and Aug. 6 prior to their Aug. 8 preseason meeting. Something to probably take note of if you plan on attending. pic.twitter.com/u7yweQCqn9

So if you're interested in attending any of these joint practices, put those dates on your calendar now! They're almost certainly going to be very well attended.

I think it’s cool that the Texans will also participate in the bike ride tradition. It’s been quite some time since the Packers have held a joint practice with another team. And it’s not a team that I have a deep seated resentment over. So let’s have some fun and get in some quality practice time and invite the fans to share in it as well.
