Still thinking on this trade. The Woodson trade the same deal at the time but that turned out good. Will see over time on this one.

Woodson wasn't a trade, he was a free agent and we didn't give up two number ones and a good player. I am excited, but this is a high risk high reward gamble. If Love plays like a true franchise qb and we avoid catastrophic injuries, it could be a fun year. Go Pack!

Yea, it's good to see a Packer fan know facts and share them with less informed (newer) fans.

I have no problem with this trade in any fashion.
IMO...We all like Kenny, but Clark underperformed his contract. So trading him wasn't an issue for me.
As far as the two #1 picks we gave up......Would i trade Morgan and Stokes for Parsons?
Would i trade Walker and Wyatt for Parsons?

COUNT ME ALL IN!!

I believe KC was in his last season in gb as his cap hit next yr was too high for him to stick around. That said I think E Jenkins is in his last season in gb -same reason- I also would watch how LVN plays this yr . If he balls out lookout for a R Gary trade next yr maybe even at trade deadline , doubs and egnabre also lots of movement could be coming ? But enjoy these players for now and GPG

Well, if that's the case, then the Packers feel better with Aaron Banks than Jenkins.
Do i agree with that, not for a second.

Personally i don't understand why Banks is averaging 19 million/year.
But that's Gute's call.

Jenkins is graded out as the 3rd best pass blocking lineman in the NFL.
Banks is graded at 77th best pass blocker, and average in run blocking, and only rated as slightly better than Jenkins in run blocking.

So if you lose Jenkins, because they signed Banks, i just don't see the logic. Especially if they are going to slot Sean Ryan at center next season.

I just don't agree with a lot of Gutes moves.
I just don't see the logic (outside of Zavier, Jacobs, Parsons), but that's ok, it's his job, not mine.
So i'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

Now in his 8th season, Gute can show Packer Nation that he can buid a winning roster by.......
Winning something.

Not sure why Morgan can't beat out Walker, not saying Morgan is a bust yet. But i'll say, it isn't a good sign.

Maybe Morgan is another 1st round bench player, like LVN is.
I'm sorry.....but 1st round picks come with higher expectations than being a bench player.
That's not my opinion, that's just the way it is.

Lets hope Golden is a player, we could use one of those from the 1st round.
