If there are no fans allowed, at least initially, maybe the season ticket holders could take their full-body picture, blow it up into poster size, then mount them in their seats. Maybe good for the players to look up and out to see fans, albiet cardboard cutouts . Also, maybe a trampoline could be placed for the Lambeau Leap area and the player could be bounced back onto the field. Just some entertainment potential. GO Pack Go!

I’m going to say right now that there won’t be an NFL season. We’ve seen in MLB spring training and with college football, that the virus spreads easily in camp/sports environments. The Brady solution, where you literally isolate everyone involved from the general public is the only solution, but that would be very difficult to implement.

I beginning to feel that way too. Baseball players and now 23 Clemson Football players and staff have tested positive for the virus. It dose't look promising.

It’s over. Colleges reopening: Nope.

Here’s the problem: although players seem only mildly affected, if at all, the students, faculty, and staff aren’t there yet. If, come August, older professors, secretaries, or food service workers are hospitalized because of athletics, that’s a non-starter.

As for the NFL, I’d actually be concerned about some of the older, overweight linemen and, especially, coaches.

If fans either are not allowed to attend games or are prohibited from attending, I do hope they will be able to play the games.

Most scientists are predicting that there will be NO games this year. Seeing what is going on in Florida and California and Arizona ( I thought that hot weather was going to kill of the virus), I believe that there will be no MLB for sure. I also think that in a sport like football there will be no games. I had thought before that if the NFL wanted a training camp that they could test and quarantine all players and staff and all of the ancillery service providers. Then by operating them in an isolation bubble - ie nobody in or out, they could run a 2 or 3 week training camp without the virus getting into the bubble. But given the outbreaks in so many states - dont think that that can or will happen. So no season.
